Head Coach Karen just returned from Portland, where she got certified as a Brian Grant Foundation Power Forward Bootcamp Instructor! We developed class programs that utilized boxing, tai chi and big moves from the chair, and explored even more ways to approach obstacle courses in ways that optimize physical and cognitive fitness!
She’ll be introducing these moves in class. But if you’ve been on the fence about classes, you have two options:
- Hire Karen to train with you at one of several Seattle-area gyms. There goes the commute excuse. ;-)
- Work with her via micro group (up to 3 people) and personal training options at our current space.
